How are the winners selected?

All eligible entries are considered, and Potential Winners are drawn entirely at random. Thereafter, following verification of the eligibility of the Potential Winner, prizes are then awarded and distributed by no later than December 31, 2022.  The Potential Winner will be notified via mail, email, and/or phone utilizing information the entrant provided with their entry. For any and all prizes, the verified Winner may be required to complete, sign and return within fourteen (14) days a liability and publicity release, unless prohibited by law, and an acknowledgement that it will use the prizes as set forth in these rules. If the potential Winner refuses to comply with the above requirement or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable, not returnable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. If no prize substitution is available, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
